I Felt Like An Idiot When It Came To Keywords & Google…

“Gabriel I thought you were an actor not a freakin’ SEO expert!” You are absoulutly right. If I were to tell you that I was an expert on SEO and Google keyword optimization, well frankly I would be bull shiting you. In fact I have absolutely no desire to sit at a computer for hours doing that kind of work. But what I do know are a few simple tricks that has helped me with getting my blog & facebook fan page some traffic. Before I learned about using a google keyword selector like keyword tool I spent over $1,572 on SEO web trainings and was spending more hours then I would like to admit in my underwear for days trying to learn what in reality I did not want to do. But when I found the keyword tool I realized it was simple and only took me about 10 minutes to do and the best part is it’s free.

How To Pick A Killer Keyword With The Keyword Tool

STEP 1: The google keyword selector I use is keyword tool. Here is the link for it: Keyword Tool

STEP 2: Type a keyword in that is relevant to your site, blog, or page. I’m gonna use “Network Marketing” for example.

  • Click On Only show ideas closely related to my search terms
  • Select Advanced Options below it and click all countries.
  • To the left click on [Exact]

STEP 3: Enter the code to make sure you are not a robot and click search :)

STEP 4: Pick one of the keywords with the least competition and most searches.

STEP 5: Narrow the search terms if the competition is high by repeating the first steps with a different keyword term like “network marketing secrets”.

QUALITY A DAY WILL KEEP THE BULL SHIT AWAY

Write what you know. I know it’s hard to put content up every day but if a regular kid from the projects like me can do it so can you. Everyone has something they are good at. So keep it simple and make a commitment to post a blog every day using the google keyword generator  keyword tool. This will cut down your time and won’t make it necessary to have a Harvard Computer degree to do it. I hope you enjoyed this and it brings you much success.

About the author

Gabriel Furman

Born and raised in Queens NYC, I lived in the projects with my mother and was working a 9-5 about 20 hrs a day trying to save as much money as possible. But when I took a risk and followed my dreams into entertainment I became blessed to be a professional actor/dancer and I realized it's power when a 14 year old girl who saw me on MTV sent me an email saying I inspired her not to commit suicide. I was sitting in front of my computer with tears streaming down my face thinking "wow I can touch someone like that?" Right there it hit me like a ton of bricks, "I need to give acting my all" but in order to do that I needed to have an income coming in just in case I didn't book an audition. Since then network marketing has taken care of that problem and I noticed it took half the effort of my old job to build my side business and since then I don't need a "SECURITY JOB" and the best part is I get to help other people do the same while living my passion as an actor.
